Testimonials

Read What Our Clients Say

  • "We are so happy and relieved to have switched veterinary clinics to the Flanders Animal Clinic!!! We were sold on our first visit! Dr. Minervini is kind, knowledgable and extremely thorough. He was very generous with his time examining our bunnies and explained every part of his examination to us! We have three bunnies (a Velveteen lop and two Hollands lops-one of which is temporarily in our care). We couldn't be more happy. Sue DeKleine was right, these guys are the best!"

  • "It was a Saturday about noon. My pup was not feeling good. I did not have a current vet because mine had retired. I called around but no one would see her. Was told to go to the animal hospital. Well I have done that in the past and was not pleased with that solution so I kept trying. The staff was fabulous when I called. They fit Tessa in even though they were completely booked. We were seen quickly. Everyone was fabulous, kind and very calming. Dr Gasperro sat on the floor with Tessa and examined her. He made her comfortable as well as making us comfortable. He made recommendations but allowed us to make the decisions. He spoke with us not at us. We will definitely be coming back. Made appt for our other dog already. Feel like we finally found a new home/Vet for our pups."

  • "I can’t say enough about the wonderful service my fur baby Cooper received today. Coop does not do well with vets. He becomes overwhelmed and nervous and is never himself. I told the staff my concerns and they catered to him trying a different than
    Normal approach to keep him
Calm. We left without incident! From the two ladies at the front desk to the vet tech to the actual vet...I will be back and bringing my other dog too. We are new to the area and finding a vet has been very nerve racking. I’m glad to call Flanders Ver our new place ! Thank you to all the Staff!"

  • "The staff is amazing. They are all super nice, friendly and patient. They have helped me with anything and everything I have ever asked of them with no complaints. Always ask how you are and how my girl is doing Jenni, Courtney just too name a few of the girls from the front.. I could go on! They are all amazing. The vet techs are great!! They are sweet with my girl and patient as well. And all the vets are amazing as well. Every single one. I’ve seen all of them pretty much when I can’t see our main doc (dr minervini) he’s been our family for over 20 years. He is amazing. He doesn’t rush you. He is patient with you he explains everything to me and breaks it all down and makes sure I understand. All the vets are amazing. If there’s an emergency they always answer and take you in. Highly recommend Flanders veterinary clinic. You won’t be disappointed!!! Abby loves dr minervini and all the staff"

  • "I can actually write a book on how wonderful Flanders Veterinary Clinic is! So many times they have put my heart at ease especially with my beautiful cat Jack who has several ailments. I own and operate a pet grooming shop and refer my clients to them! Everyone has thanked me for the referral and they all feel the same way I do! So without ranting on and on, I will sum them up in 2 words! "The Best" "Very Caring" "Professional Staff" " Oh wait!! That is more than 2 words! Well you get my drift!"
